DHA Disability Management Program

DHA delivers prevention training programs designed to reduce costly accidents both in and outside the workplace by increasing employee awareness on personal safety. DHA training programs have proven to reduce the number of accidents and the costs incurred under short term and long term disability claims lowering annual premiums with substantial cost savings to the company.

Short Term Disability (STD) & Long Term Disability (LTD) Management
DHA will assist and support company HR personnel and employees through the disability process. DHA will provide individual employee case management to include, one on one follow up meetings with HR personnel and employees, during the disability period addressing issues that require assistance. DHA will assist in successful return to work agreements preventing short term disability claims developing into costly long term disability claims. DHA will also assist employees who are unable to return to work due to their disabilities.

Return to Work Agreements;
DHA will develop, implement, assist and support company HR personnel and employees through the return to work process, address special accommodations, if required, and preparations for return to work.
